How to Find a Customer's Account in Union
The best way to locate a customer's account is to preform an org search. Simply click the search icon in your admin account (gradient navigation bar) and begin typing your customer's name. You can search on the following fields:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Phone Number
As a pro-tip, you can also use this bar to search for events and performances!
