Change an Account Role

As an admin, you can edit a user's role or update account information within your org if needed. Check out our video tutorial to learn how to do this!

  1. Search for your member.

  1. Click the drop-down arrow next to "Add Note" and select "Edit".

  1. Select the desired role and click "Update Membership".

  1. The account should now reflect the updated role that was selected.
