So, Your Customer Created an Account but Needs to Be Assigned to Your Org

If your customer created a Union account but you're unable to locate them in your org, learn how to quickly connect them!

  1. Click on the Union register icon in the upper right corner against your gradient menu bar.


  1. In the member box, begin typing in your customer's first name or email. Then, click on Create Membership.


  1. You should see a pop-up appear so you can complete the following details and click Create.


  1. Now they're a customer of your org!  

The only matching detail you will need is the email. Meaning, you should only need the email and a first name. If a last name, credit card, and phone number were added prior, this will sync once you click Create.
