So, Your Customer Created an Account but Needs to Be Assigned to Your Org

If your customer created a Union account but you're unable to locate them in your org, follow these simple steps to connect them! 

Click on the Union register icon in the upper right corner against your gradient menu bar. 

In the member box, begin typing in your customer's first name or email. Then, click on Create Membership

You should see a pop up appear so you can complete the following details and click Create. *NOTE: all you should need is their email, everything should sync.

Now they're a customer of your org!
