Edit a Members Contact Info

If your customer needs assistance in updating their first/last name, phone number, or email and is not a member with another Union org, you can help assist! *Note: you can also change the role if needed.

  1. Pull up your member's account by doing a global search.

  1. Click the drop down arrow next to "Add Note" and choose "Edit".

  1. Here's where you can make the edits for your customer.
