Cancel a Pass for your Customer

To cancel a pass, visit your customer's member page.

As a friendly reminder, canceling a pass DOES NOT refund the customer. Please visit Refund a Pass to learn how to process a refund for your customer. 

Scroll to their Passes. Click the drop down next to the pass that needs updating and click Cancel.

If you ever need to check on historical passes or subscriptions, click All x Services.
