Refund a Pass
Canceling a pass or registration does not refund the payment order. Here is the best practice to cancel a pass and issue a refund.
In the Union admin interface you can access a specific member's info page by using the global search
Scroll to the Recent Orders and click Show:
If you are wanting to cancel the pass and refund the pass in full, simply click Refund Money & Passes
Select the pass and dollar amount that will be refunded, add a reason for the refund and click Refund
You should see a green success bar at the top of your screen to confirm the refund has been processed.
Here is the email confirmation your user will see once the refund has been issued.
