Create External Video Conference Schedule
If you're hosting your event on a video conference service such as Zoom or Google Meet, here's how to add these links into your Union event schedule. *If you're using Zoom, check out creating a password protected Zoom URL
While creating or editing your event:
Select your teacher (Led By)
Adjust your Location/Space
*Friendly reminder: the same location/space cannot be used for multiple events or performances concurrently even if they are different attendance types. You will need to create a new space if this is applicable.
Change the attendance type to External video conference
Then paste the designated URL (i.e. your password protected Zoom URL, Google Classroom)
