Create External Video Conference Schedule

If you're hosting your event on a video conference service such as Zoom or Google Meet, here's how to add these links into your Union event schedule. *If you're using Zoom, check out creating a password protected Zoom URL and Zoom Recording Setting.

While creating or editing your event (in your schedule block)

Select your teacher ( Led By) and adjust your Location/Space * the same location/space cannot be used for multiple events or performances concurrently even if they are different attendance types. You will need to create a new space.

Change the attendance type to External video conference. *By default, it will be listed as Livestream

Then paste the designated URL (i.e. your password protected Zoom URL, Google Classroom)
