Create External Video Conference Schedule
If you're hosting your event on a video conference service such as Zoom or Google Meet, here's how to add these links to your Union event schedule:

Change the attendance type to External Video Call. *If you're using Zoom, check out creating a password protected Zoom URL and Zoom Recording Setting. |

Copy and paste the designated URL (i.e. your password-protected Zoom URL, Google Classroom) |
The same location/space cannot be used for multiple events or performances concurrently even if they are different attendance types. This will result in schedule conflicts. You may create a new space for the other event/performance or allow double booking if two events/performances are taking place at the same location/time, or with the same teacher.
