Step 1: Sign-In to Zoom & Start a Meeting

Download the Zoom App and add the appropriate credentials to Sign-In. If you are apart of a studio who has a business account, please be certain you are adding the correct credentials (studio account vs personal account).

Click New Meeting

Step 2: Connect your Video Source

If you're using an external camera (highly recommended), you will want to ensure you connect your to your desired video source.

If you're an iPhone user and are on macOS Ventura or higher, we strongly suggest you utilize the Continuity Camera. Learn how to get started!

Step 3: Connect your Audio Source

Zoom is pretty good with recognizing familiar devices. However, it's always best practice to ensure you're connected with the desired source! Union suggests two different Wireless Mic Option or Bluetooth Earbuds Option.

Step 4: Run a Zoom Test

It's in best practice to know what your students may experience during your live Zoom class. We recommend doing a quick test to ensure your video and audio is crystal clear!
