Performance Payroll Rule: Base Pay Rate

Union's performance base pay rate allows you a flat, guaranteed pay rate for each class a teacher leads. This is not dependent on how many registrations were made or whether those registrations were marked as redeemed. Please visit our other payroll rule support articles that will be mentioned below.

• In-Person or Hybrid performances (classes) can be at a different pay rate than online only performances (classes).
• If In-Person/Hybrid pay rate is the same as online, you must add the value to both payroll blocks.
