Replay Payroll Rule: Per Replay Estimated Delivered Minute (Most Common Option)

You can choose to pay your teachers out on the total minutes a customer viewed each replay during a specific pay period. Union has found this to be the most common way businesses pay their teachers as it's compensating them for what the customer viewed.

For example, let's say you have a customer who registers for a replay (see per registration and percentage of replay revenue) but then watches a few minutes and realize it may not be for them. Eventually, they find a video the like and watch 45 minutes of a 60 minute class. If your pay rate is based on this model, you're paying each teacher on the total minutes of each replay the customer viewed.

When using this pay rate, Union see's organizations paying any where from $0.03-$0.08 per estimated minute viewed.
