Performance Payroll Rule: Registration & ClassPass Pay Rates
When it comes to payroll, Union has seen many rules based on registrations. Whether a simple flat amount per registration, a tiered registration rate, or even a registration type specific rate, Union has you covered.

ClassPass Registrations
With ClassPass, your billing/transfers should be coming directly from ClassPass. These registrations are directly added to your upcoming classes as a free pass in Union (ClassPass). If you would like to give payment to your teachers who have ClassPass registrations, you can do this by setting the rule here:
Per Performance Registration (Flat Per Registration Rate)
When using this payroll rule, you can choose to give teachers a flat rate per registration they have within the pay period. If you would like, you can choose to have the same or different rates for In-Person and/or Online registrations. Please add the value for each performance registration type (even if it is the same).
Tiered Registration System (Performance Rates by Count)
Pay a different (or same) rate depending on the count of registrations. When you enable this option (click the check box), you can customize teacher pay based on class registrations in tiers.
For example, in the structure below, the teacher will earn $2 per attendee after 6 registrations. Every 5 registrations, they earn $1 more. This can be customized for both In-Person and/or Online registrations. Please be sure to include pay rates for each registration type.
