Deleting your Union account

If you need to delete your Union account (i.e. two different accounts) you can do this while signed in. Deleting a Union account removes it from the Union database, not remove you from a specific org. For example, if the account you are wanting to delete is associated with many organizations in Union, that account will no longer be associated to any. 

In order to delete a Union account you cannot have any active passes or subscriptions. Please reach out to your organization if a pass or subscription needs to be canceled immediately. 

Once you're signed in, click the three horizontal lines in the upper right corner to choose My Account. 

Scroll to the very bottom and choose Delete Account
