Canceling An Upcoming Visit

Canceling a Visit via the Desktop Application:

If you wish to cancel an upcoming visit (registration) through your Union account, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your Union account.
  2. Click on "My Account" located in the upper right-hand corner.
  3. Choose "Registrations" from the menu.
  4. Select "Cancel" from the drop-down menu next to the "Issued" status.

Please be aware that each studio may have its own unique class cancellation policies. If you encounter any issues canceling a scheduled class, kindly get in touch with your studio. You can find the studio's email address on the "About" tab on their Union homepage.

Canceling a visit via the Mobile Application:

You can also cancel a visit (registration) using the Union application. Here's how:

  1. Open the Union App.
  2. Select "Account" from the bottom menu bar.
  3. Click on "Registrations"
  4. Choose the class you wish to cancel.
