Cancel a Subscription
You have the flexibility to manage your subscription at any time while signed in to your Union account. Please see the detailed outline below but here's a quick overview!
- Click here (if not already, you will be prompt to sign in)
- Click Cancel against your subscription
- Click OK when you see the pop-up to confirm the cancellation of your subscription
- Once canceled, your subscription will be marked as Pending Cancellation. You can continue to use your subscription until the valid date provided.
If you decide to cancel and would like assurance that the cancellation has been successful, please reach out to support@union.fit and our dedicated support team will be able to assist you promptly.
Due to each studio having their own subscription cancellation policy, you may be prompt to contact your studio/creator directly.
Detailed How-To Cancellation Subscription
Click My Account (in the upper right corner) > Passes > Click Cancel against your subscription.
Click OK when you see the pop-up to confirm the cancellation of your subscription
Once canceled, your subscription will be marked as Pending Cancellation. You can continue to use your subscription until the valid date provided.
If you click Cancel, you may see a pop up letting you know you will need to reach out to your studio/creator directly. Once you click OK,
It will bring you to your studio/creator's page. From here, you can click on the email address to get in touch with them directly.
