How to Reset your Password


If you are having trouble with your Union account password, follow these steps to reset it:

1. Click here, this will ensure you're signed out of Union. 

2. Then, click here! This will send you a new email that will offer a link to add your new password and then confirm your new password. Once you click "Change my password", this should immediately log you in.

The asterisks are placeholders. You must add a string of characters to change your password. As you begin to add your password, you will see black dots.

Then, click here! Add your account sign in email and click Request Reset Link.


*If your email address exists in our database, you will receive a password recovery link.

Your email may look something like this. Click Change my password.

Click on each box to add your password. Once added, click Change my password.


If you encounter any issues or do not receive an email from support@union.fit, please follow the steps mentioned above to check your spam/junk folders and perform a search for the sender. If you're using Gmail, we've seen these get sent to your Promotions tab. Adding support@union.fit as a safe sender is recommended to avoid such issues in the future.
