How to Check-In your Students for Class

If your performance is set up as a virtual class, the registration status will automatically change from Issued to Redeemed when they join the livestream or video call. To check students in who have registered for In-Person classes, the Admin, Teacher, and Frontdesk by default have this permission. Be sure to see this in action by viewing our video tutorial here!

In Union, you can access your registrations list by clicking the performance name or on the bolded number below the attendance type.

Select the In-Person registration list. As your students arrive, simply click Check In against their registration.

The status for their registration will change to Redeemed.

*Note: no need to Check-In virtual students. Their registrations will changed to redeem when they join the virtual class.
