Self-Service Check-In QR Code

You can allow your customers to check-in with a QR code that's for a specific location. When a customer scans the QR code, they will be able to sign in to their Union account to automatically check themselves in! If the customer has not registered or accepted the waiver, this will prompted them to complete these tasks. The Check-In QR code can be printed directly from your Union account.

Locating your QR Code

To locate your Self-Service QR code, click Products > Self-Service > QR Codes > Configure

Choose your location and QR code size (1 is the smallest). Then click View. From here, you can either download the QR code or print!

Customer Experience

Here are some common flows that your customers may experience when using the self-service check-in QR code. Please note that your customers may be required to sign-in to Union to ensure they have accepted the waiver and registered for the performance.

Pre-Registered Customers

When a student has pre-registered for a performance and they scan the QR code, they will have the ability to tap Check-In. instantly be checked in for the class! Current Unregistered Customers

When a student has not yet registered for any classes and they scan the QR code, they are presented with the list of upcoming classes for the day so they can self-register. Once they have registered, your client will automatically be checked in!
