Check-In an Attendee after a Performance has Ended

If you need to register an attendee (customer) after a performance has ended, you can do this from your admin calendar.


Quick Steps:

  1. Products > Calendar
  2. Click on the class that requires new registrations
  3. Follow the steps to How to Check-In your Customers.

Visit your admin calendar by hovering over Products and clicking Calendar



You can adjust your calendar view to your preferred view and click on the desired performance.


Click Check-In against the attendee's who require a registration state change (i.e. redeemed)

If the customer was a no-show, you can leave the registration as Issued if you do not want the registration credit to be applied to the pass.
