No-Shows Report

You can view and filter all no-shows by visiting Reports > Registrations > No Shows. This report will come in handy if you are looking to manually process late cancels quickly in one place or would like to make edits against Issued (no-shows) registrations.

Like most Union reports, you have the option to filter by specific Registration Types, Customize the Date Range, and Download CSV.

Below, you should be able to see your list of registrations that have been marked as Issued (no-show).

Defining the Actions

  • Cancel: This will cancel the registration but not apply a late
  • Cancel (Silent): This will cancel your customer's registration but NOT send a cancellation email. *Note: feature must be enabled
  • Edit: Allows you to transfer the registration to a different member (see image below).
