Silent Cancel Feature

Learn how to apply the Silent Cancel feature so your customers wont' receive a email confirmation when you manually cancel a registration. Be sure to visit our video tutorial to see this in action! 

In Union, you can manually cancel a students registration. By default, your customers will receive an email notification. 

However, there are times when an email is unnecessary. You can add this feature from your Union Settings > Registrations > Edit Cancel Settings. From here, you can Enable Silent Cancel. 

When this is enabled, you will now have the option to either Cancel or Cancel (Silent) against a students registration.
