Register an Attendee after a Performance has Ended

If you need to register an attendee (customer) after a performance has ended, you can do this from your admin calendar.


Quick Steps:

  1. Products > Calendar
  2. Click on the class that requires new registrations
  3. Follow the steps to Add Attendee.

*Note: Please be sure to mark the attendee as redeemed once they have been added to the performance.

Visit your admin calendar by hovering over Products and clicking Calendar


You can adjust your calendar view to your preferred view. Click on the performance to add an attendee.


Add the customer to the performance. If they have an existing pass, you can quickly add this to the customers account.


If they don't have an existing pass and they have a card on file, you can quickly charge the card and register the customer for the performance.


If you need to add a new attendee and/or collect payment (i.e. new customer, no card on file, paying with cash), you can easily do this by clicking the button in the add attendee flow that will direct you to the register. The customer you added should automatically be brought over for you to complete the registration and payment.
