Add Attendee to a Series Event with the Register

Union allows you to quickly add an attendee to any series event (i.e. workshop or teacher training) using the Register. Feel free to check out our video tutorial for more details! 

In the Union admin interface you can access specific upcoming or past performances from the Admin Dashboard (Upcoming Sessions), the admin calendar (Events > Calendar), or directly from the register (pictured below).

Click the register icon, then choose existing or new member / attendee

Select the Events tab and add to cart . This will instantly add all performances within that series event (avoiding needing to register your student for each individual performance). *NOTE: If your series is a hybrid event, click the box to select the correct registration type

Choose the payment method or select Passes to add a new pass and then click Checkout. *The member pictured below has no existing passes to register with. A new pass must be added to the cart.

Option to add an order note (i.e. reason for comped pass, choose to not send a confirmation email and click Checkout .

If the order was completed, you will see a green Success bar at the top. Click the order number in bold to view order details.

On the order receipt you should see all performances attached to your customers account. *Pro-Tip: Click on the customer's name in bold to bring you to their Union member page.
