1. What does it mean if an auto-renew subscription is canceled?

An auto-renew subscription is canceled when a customer decides to stop their recurring subscription, meaning they will not be billed for the next cycle. Canceled subscriptions will not renew unless the customer reactivates them.

2. Can I see why a customer canceled their subscription?

While this report provides details on when a subscription was canceled, it does not show the reason. Union is working on capturing this from your customer in the software.
