Refund to Account Balance
When refunding, you can choose to Refund to Union Account Balance and your customer can choose what to apply it to at a later time!
The order receipt status shows that it's been added to your customers account balance (rather than the original payment method). If you ever need to reverse the refund, you can easily do this on the order too! Learn more about Reverse Refunds to Account Balance.
If a customer has stored credit against their account, they will see the account balance applied at checkout!
Your customers can keep an active eye on their Account Balance while signed into their Union account.
*While signed into their Union account, click My Account in the upper right hand corner and select Account Balance.
