How to Copy a Broadcast in Customer.io
Got a newsletter you love? Or a group of recipients you want to resend a message to? Copying a broadcast in Customer.io is easy!

Visit your Broadcasts tab. Once you locate the one you'd like to use, click the three dots to select Duplicate. |

| Click Continue Editing to apply your changes |

We recommend editing the name and adding a tag. Then, click Save Changes |

Click on the Content tab if you need to apply edits. You can change the channel and/or click to edit the content. |

Once your edits are applied, click on the Review tab to ensure you're sending your message to the right group of customer's. You can either send your broadcast immediately or schedule for a later date! |
