Adding an Email to a Broadcast

Here's how you can add a new email to a broadcast that has already been sent out! Please note that the email you add must already be a member of your Union and account. 

First, locate the broadcast you need to add to and click on the broadcast name in bold. 

Click Content

Click on the Recipient box to add the email to select. *NOTE: the email you add doesn't appear in the field. 

Once you select the email address you should see a notation of No errors

Then, click Send newsletter to the recipient. Once sent, you should see a green status bar that says Newsletter Successfully Sent.

To confirm your email was sent to the correct recipient, click on Sent. You should see your newly added customer at the top along with the status of the email (i.e. delivered or opened).
