Email Settings

In Union, you can add additional text for all Orders, Registrations, Registration Cancelations, Invitations, and to all Leads. *Given that this text will appear in email, we suggest not including images and keeping the formatting as spare as possible.

From your Union admin dashboard, click Settings, then select Email (left menu) and click Edit.

You can always proof your emails that are automatically sent out by registering yourself for a class and/or attach a pass to your account(add the pass as a comp). Any additional text added, will append below Union's automated message. Here are some references to some of the general automated emails and where your custom text will be located if you choose to add!


Additional text appended to Orders:

Each time a customer purchases a pass (even $0), they will receive an order confirmation e-mail. Without adding additional text, here's what your students will receive:

*Note: If a student needs to refer back to any PAID orders, they can do so while signed-in to their Union account. Click their name in the upper right hand corner and click orders.


Additional text appended to Registrations:

When your student registers for an upcoming class or replay, they are sent an email notification. If they are registering for an upcoming class, a the email will also contain a download attachment so it can be added to their calendar. You can add additional text for a specific event, see Additional Event Email Text for details about custom event emails.

When you student registers for an upcoming livestream, here's the automated email they receive:

Additional text appended to Cancelations

If a registration is canceled and the student used a pass (i.e. drop-in or 5 class pack), the registration credit will be applied back onto the pass. If students used an unlimited pass or subscription type, registration credits will not need to be updated since they can register for as many classes as they desire.
