How to Join a Livestream or Video Call
Accessing your upcoming registrations in your Union account is a breeze. Here's a simple guide to help you find and join your scheduled classes:
- Login to Your Union Account
- After logging in, you can easily locate your upcoming registrations.
- Navigate to your "Next for You" Section:
- Your upcoming classes will be conveniently displayed just below the "Next for You" section. About five minutes before your class is scheduled to start, you'll notice that the button on the video interface changes to a friendly "Join" option. Simply click "Join" to enter the session.
Pro Tip: If you can't immediately spot the "Next for You" section on your screen, you can click on the Union logo in the upper left corner or select "Upcoming" as an alternative.
- Access via "My Account":
- Alternatively, you can access your upcoming registrations through the "My Account" section. Navigate to Registrations, and from there, select the class you'd like to join.
Once you've clicked "Join," you'll be swiftly transported into the live class. If your class utilizes a video conferencing platform like Zoom or Google Meet, the system will seamlessly redirect you to the video call.
Remember, you should have received an email confirmation with the option to either "Join the Livestream" or "Join the Video Call." Clicking either of these options from the email will also directly take you to your scheduled session.
