Mass Unsubscribe/Delete People in a Segment

If you're looking to mass unsubscribe or delete people from a segment, here's what you need to do:

1. Go to the segment you want to manage.

2. On the right side of the page, next to "People," click on the link that shows the number of people (e.g., "123 people"). This will take you to a page listing everyone in that segment.

   

   
   
3. From there, you can either:
   • Click on individual people to select them, or
   • Use the checkbox next to "Email" at the top of the list to select everyone on that page.

4. Once you've made your selection, options to Unsubscribe or Delete forever will appear.

5. Click the action you'd like to take, and you're all set.
