Can Be Used to Pay for Others (Pass Feature)

If you’d like to give your clients the ability to use their passes to register friends or family for classes, you can enable this feature when creating or editing a pass.

To set this up:

Create a new pass or edit an existing one, filling out the required information such as the description, price, and validity.

Under the "Registration Limits" section, select either "Limited Registrations" or "Advanced Limited Registrations." If you select "Advanced Limited Registrations," be sure NOT to select "Unlimited" for any specific registration type. Doing so will prevent the pass from being used to pay for others for that registration type.

Then, navigate to the "Access Limits" tab and check the option "Can be used to pay for others."

Once this setting is enabled, the pass can now be used to register for someone else.
