Win-Back Trigger Example: Someone Hasn't Attended a Class in 30 Days with Custom Conditions

If you're looking to create a campaign or a broadcast that's tailored towards registration activity (i.e. attended a class within the last 14 days or hasn't attended a class in 30 days), here's how you may build your trigger.

Segments you may need:

  • Customer hasn't Redeemed a Registration in the Past x Days
  • ANY Active Pass
  • ANY Active Subscription
  • A custom Pass Segments that should not be included (i.e. a discounted pass that someone may have purchased once before)

You'll want to start by finding the appropriate attendance segment you'd like to use (if you don't have one previously created, check-out our segment types support article).

Next, you'll want to add another segment condition that will act as filters for who will or will not receive your campaign or broadcast. For this example, I want to target:

A Customer who hasn't attended a class in 30 days AND

Do not have an active pass OR

Do not have an active subscription OR

Have not had a specific pass(es)

So, let's start by adding the first condition by turning the phrase to not in and searching for the segment, ANY Active Pass.

Now add the remaining conditions. Once all of your conditions have been added, click Add. Then, Save and Build Workflow.
