Segment for a Specific Location

Begin by going to Segments > Create Segment

You'll want to choose a Data Driven Segment

Add the name of your segment. While a description isn't necessary, Union does recommend including a tag to boost productivity.

If you're wanting to reach out to people who attended a class at a specific location, you'll want to add an Event Condition and search for Registration Redeemed.

You'll want to hover over your newly added condition and click Refine. Then, click, Add Event Data Filter.

You'll want to search for the attribute, location_name. When you click on Value, you may see your locations automatically populate for you to select. If you do not see your location, you can manually type this in. Click Save Changes once added.

Once created, you should see the People, who meet your conditions.

Ways to Implement

If your org has multiple locations, you could create a segment per location. By doing this, you're offered greater flexibility when needing to target specific groups of people.

Here's a quick glance at how you could target people who have been to two of your locations.

While this can be done for both campaigns and broadcasts, the sample below is for a broadcast.

Another example could be that you want to target a group of people who have been to one of your many locations. You'll want to include the location you want to target and add your remaining locations as the second condition (be sure to include Not In).
