Resume a Subscription
Whether an early resume or the pause was set as Admin Manually Resumes, you can click Resume Now when visiting the customer's subscription. Learn how to:
You will first want to locate the customer's subscription that requires an early resume. You can do this by locating the customer's account using the org search or visiting the paused subscription report (below).

Then, locate Auto-Renews and click Pauses. Hover over | |
Click on the subscription name for the customer that requires the edit |
Resume & Bill Now (Default)
Click Resume Now | |
Set the RESTART BILLING to Now and click Resume Now. |
Resume Now & Restart Billing on a Specific Date
Locate your customer's subscription and click Resume Now | |
Set the RESTART BILLING to Later. By default, the START BILLING CYCLE ON will default to the next day. Click the calendar icon to open the date selector. |

Use the date selector to choose when the customer should be billed and click Resume Now. *This will become the new billing cycle |
