Paused Subscription Report
The paused subscription report allows you to see all subscriptions that are paused in your org today. As you can expect, you can filter the report from oldest pause made to the latest but you can also refine a view to specific pause types! Let's dive in!

Then, locate Auto-Renews and click Pauses. Hover over | |
From here, you'll be able to have a complied view of all subscription pauses in your org. If you need to make any edits, you can do this by clicking on any customer's subscription.
By default, we will always so the most recent pause (Latest) made but you can use the filters to adjust your view.
Setting your filter to Oldest, will show you the oldest created pause date:
Setting your filter to Paused Until, will refine your view so you only see paused subscriptions that have a specific resume and billing date.
Setting your filter to Paused Indefinitely, will refine your view to pauses that have no specific resume or billing date (an open ended pause).
