How to create a Monthly Recurring Event
If your studio has a class that happens on a certain day every month, here’s how you can build this in your Union org. You can include this in an existing (shown below) or new event.
- Products > Events > Click Edit against the event
- Visit the Schedule block and click Add Schedule
- Add the schedule details (i.e. teacher, class capacity). When you reach Occurs, choose Monthly.
- Since this schedule is going to be set to happen on the first Saturday of each month, we’re going to check the column 1st and Saturday.
