Sending a Password Reset Email (as an Admin)

If your team or customer needs assistance with their password, they can do this on the sign-in page themselves or the studio can trigger an email on their behalf.

If people say they didn't receive an invite or that their link no longer is valid, please send a reset password.


To send the forgot password, use the global search option to locate your student:


Click the drop down arrow next to View and click Send Password Reset
