Sending a Password Reset Email to your Customers

If your customer needs assistance with their password, they can do this on the sign-in page themselves or the studio can trigger an email on their behalf.

To send the forgot password, use the global search option to locate your student:

Click the drop down arrow next to View and click Send Password Reset
