Ignoring a Conflict

If you are seeing a conflict in your events, the common culprits are usually the performance that is trying to be created shares the same location/space with a different performance or the teacher is booked for a different performance. Please visit our support article Schedule Conflicts to learn more.

You will have the option to "Ignore" a conflict when reviewing your conflicts. This DOES NOT mean you're over riding the conflict to create the performance. Choosing Ignore will no longer show a conflict but the performance will NOT be created. In other words, ignoring the conflict only affects the conflict -- it does not modify the existing performance that exists causing the conflict OR the performance attempting to try to be created.

We understand that there can be certain circumstances where double booking is necessary (i.e. training). If you truly need to allow a double booking, please visit our support article Allow Double Booking.
