Segments Report in Union

If you are using Customer.io, you can see at a quick glance as to how many customers hold active pass types! You can locate your segments report by visiting Marketing > Segments

Your Union Segments report should remain in sync with your Customer.io account! *Note: If you edit a pass name, the updated name will show in Union but not in Customer.io. In Customer.io, the segment name hold the original name. Please visit Edit a Segment Name to learn how to make this adjustment in Customer.io.

As a reminder, this will only show customers who have an active pass type. If you see zero, this simply means no one has an active pass
