Edit a Segment Name

If you need to change the name of a segment in your Customer.io account, click on Segments from your manager tool bar. Click on the segment name you would like to edit.

Click the pencil to Edit

Apply the new segment name. *NOTE: If you are editing any segment listed as Active this is coming from your Union segment sync. We advise leaving Active Passholders, Active Subscriber, Active Ticketholders, Active Purchaser  to easily identify these segments.
