How to Hide an Upcoming Performance on your Calendar

If you've got an upcoming performance that you've canceled that you no longer want shown on the calendar, or if you want it to be private and people can only access it with a direct link, it's easy to turn off display from your calendar. For more details on editing a performance, please visit our video tutorial. 

From your dashboard, click the down arrow next to the performance and choose Edit Performance

Or do the same on the Performance/Check-In page (Events or Calendar) 

Then scroll to the bottom and uncheck the checkbox that says Show on Public Calendar. *Note: This will not cancel the performance and notify members, please use the Cancel button for that.
