Comp a Pass in the Register

In the Union admin interface, you can access a specific member's info page by using the global search, clicking on a member's name (in bold) in a report or registration list, or searching for their name in the register (pictured below).

If the customer needs to register for a class, you can cart the appropriate performance. If you do cart a specific performance, the passes that can be used to purchase/register should automatically update (pictured below). You can also click directly on the passes tab to search for the desired pass. When something is carted, the item(s) will move to the right for you to verify.

Finally, for the payment option, you'll click Comp. You should see the total move to $0. You can then choose if you would like to send the order confirmation to them and then click Checkout. You can verify the order was processed with the green Success bar at the top.

If you would ever like to access the order, you can click on the bolded order number. Once you're inside the order, you can click on anything bold to see more!
