Add a Client to the Waitlist

Here’s how you can manually add someone to the waitlist if you have an elevated role in Union!


When visit the class (what Union calls a Performance), you can click the drop down arrow and click “add to waitlist”.


Like any search bar in Union, you can start typing your clients name and then click Add to Waitlist.



In order to add a customer, they must have a valid phone number. Once you input their phone number, you can get them added to the waitlist!
