Check your Wifi Channel (WisePOS Card Reader)

If you're having challenges connecting your WisePOS Card Reader, you are most likely connected to a member of our support team. If Union needs to submit a ticket with Stripe's Terminal Reader team, it will be helpful to have a screenshot of your wifi channel. If you're on a macOS device, please follow these steps:

  1. Hold down the Option Key
  2. Click your Wi-Fi status icon in the menu bar

Once clicked, you should see something like this:

Please take a screenshot to send over to your CX representative who is supporting you with your WisePOS card reader.
