Booking Appointments with the Register
In the register, you'll have an appointments tab! Click Appts whenever your customers need to book! Then click the appointment type to check the availability.
You'll be presented with a calendar. Days colored in green show when there are open slots to book an appointment. Click the day number to view them:
Select a time:
When you select the time slot your customer would like to book, it will get pushed to your cart.
If your customer does not have an appropriate pass on their account (Choose Existing Pass), you will want to click the Passes tab to choose the pass type. Click on the cart icon to add it to your cart! Then select the payment type. You can choose to add a note to the order confirmation and choose to send an order confirmation email. Click Checkout once completed.
