Edit Start Date or Expires Date for a Pass
When a customer purchases a pass, the clock starts ticking. However, if you would like to edit the passes start date or expiration date, you can do this on a customers pass.
In the Union admin interface you can access a customers account from any report or by searching for their name in the global search bar (pictured below).
Scroll to their passes section in the Union account and click the drop down arrow next to View and choose Edit
Locate the Starts At and Expires At section where you can use the date selector to adjust the dates. We show the timezone the pass is set for.
