Troubleshooting a Waitlist
Customer Hasn't Received a SMS About Joining the Waitlist
If you have students who may not be receiving a text notification if a spot opens up, you can do a deeper dive into the registration history by accessing the Waitlist Log. From the performance check-in screen, click Waitlist.
We show you a quick snapshot of when the students registered for the waitlist, the status of their waitlist registration, and if the SMS notification was delivered. Hovering over Delivered lets you know when the students received the SMS notification about being added to the waitlist.
If you see a message is Undelivered, this typically means the phone number is a landline or the carrier is unreachable. You may want to reach out to your student (click the name in bold) so they can take another look at the phone number on the account.
A Spot Opened Up and Customer's Haven't Received a SMS to Register
Please check your waitlist settings to see if you have a limitation for when students can join a waitlist (Settings > Waitlist > Minutes Before Class Waitlists Can be Joined).
If your customers are still not receiving a text message, the next step would be to visit your waitlist log from the performance check-in page.
