Upload Proof of Vaccination (VaxGuard)

- Click Get Started
VaxGuard Requirements:
To successfully upload your proof of vaccination, make sure to:
- Include a Selfie: Take a selfie with your vaccine card. This helps us verify your identity.
- Clear Visibility: Ensure that all details on your vaccine card are clearly visible. This includes your name, vaccine type, and dose dates.
- Include Dose Dates: Make sure to include the dates of each dose you've received.
Lost your CDC Card? No need to worry! We also accept digital proof of vaccines. Just ensure that your name and dose dates are clearly readable.
By following these steps and meeting the requirements, you'll successfully upload your proof of vaccination using VaxGuard. Please allow 24-48 hours for your submission to be reviewed. You will receive an email with verification or what is required if you need to resubmit. Step-by-Step Guide
If you're looking to upload your proof of vaccination using VaxGuard, you can do this from your browser (perferrably Chrome or Safari) or the Union app! Just be sure you're signed in to you Union account.

Tap on the menu button in the upper right corner (hamburger icon).
This exposes your navigation menu. Tap My Account
To access your account details, tap the new menu icon in the right corner
Tap VaxGuard to Get Started

Click on My Account located in the upper right-hand corner
Click on VaxGuard in your client navigation bar to Get Started
Union App
Open the Union App and tap Account from the bottom menu bar
Select Vaccination Proof to Get Started
