Getting Started with Union Onboarding
Whether you're part of Union’s Full Service or Group Onboarding, we’ve made it easy to get started! Be sure to schedule your Welcome Call with your Union Sales and Onboarding team. This is our chance to learn more about your business, customize your onboarding experience, and dive into building your Union site together.
To make the most of our first meeting, we ask that you complete a few quick steps in advance:
Activate Your Union Product Guide
Your Union team will set up your access to the Onboarding Product Guide—you’ll receive an email inviting you to create a password. Once you're in, the guide will walk you through the key features and components of your Union site—no technical experience needed.
We highly recommend starting with the “Quick Start with Union” section, which will walk you through setting up the core of your site in 30 minutes or less.
Completing this section ahead of time gives us a solid starting point for your Welcome Call. It helps you feel more confident, gives you space to gather questions, and allows us to spend more time discussing strategy and how to bring your ideas to life in Union.
Set Up Your Union Billing Account
When you sign in to your Union admin dashboard, you'll see a blue banner at the top. Click Set Up Billing to connect your payment method.

Set Up Your Stripe Account in Union
To process payments, you'll need to connect Stripe to your Union account. This is required before selling anything on your site.
