How to Link Your Branded Union Site to Your Website (e.g. Squarespace)

If you have a website on platforms like Squarespace, Wix, or WordPress, you can easily link out to your Union branded site so your visitors can register for classes, purchase passes, or watch replays.

Below are instructions using Squarespace as an example.

Add a Basic Navigation Link

1. Log into your Squarespace account and go to your site editor.
2. In the left-hand menu, click “Pages”.
3. Under the Main Navigation section, click the + button.
4. Choose “Link”.
5. In the “Link Title” field, enter something like Classes , Schedule , or Online Studio .
6. In the “Link” field, paste your branded site URL (e.g. https://yourstudio.union.site ).
7. Click Save.

If you already have a navigation link or you have a standard navigation page, you can follow these steps so it will start directing people straight to your branded site!

Let's take a look at this step-by-step

Click on Pages (or where you access your websites navigation) and then select Link.

Then, you'll want to add the navigation Title Name.

The URL you add will be directly from your Union Branded Site. Once copied, you can add the link to your website's navigation bar. Repeat this for any navigation items you want pointing to your Branded Site.

Add a Dropdown Navigation Link

1. Log into your Squarespace account and go to your site editor.
2. In the left-hand menu, click “Pages”.
3. Under the Main Navigation section, click the + button.
4. Choose “Dropdown”.
5. In the “Link Title” field, enter something like Classes , Pricing , or Replays .
6. In the “Link” field, paste your branded site URL (e.g. https://yourstudio.union.site ).
7. Click Save.

Let's take a look at this step-by-step

Click on Pages (or where you access your websites navigation) and then select Dropdown. You'll want to add a navigation title. To add your dropdown options, click Add Page. If you're looking to use a Union Branded page, click Link.

Anytime you want to have customers go directly to your Union Branded site (highly recommended), you can include the URL in your navigation!

Link a Button to Your Branded Site

If you have a page on your existing website that you want to keep (like a Pricing or Classes Description page), you can link buttons directly to your Union branded site. This gives your customers a seamless path to take action—like buying a pass!

First, you'll want to find the button you'd like to edit. You can either edit your current link or click Attach Link.

To get the link for a specific pass, visit your admin pricing page. When you've located the pass, click the dropdown arrow next to Edit. The link you see at the top is what you'll want to copy.

To ensure it's your branded site, please be sure your branded site is set to Active.

Now that you have your passes URL, you can paste that into your websites button!

Adding your Website to Your Union Branded Site

There could be cases where you want your customers to be directed back to your website (i.e. Squarespace). To offer this seamless experience, you can include your website directly into your Branded Site!

Grab the URL from your website that you want your customers to visit when they're on your Union branded site.

Visit your Union Branded Site Templates and scroll to the desired page. In this example, we're going to add it to the header.

Once you find the line where you'd like the link to appear on your branded site, paste in the URL of your website and click Save.

When customers click the link, they’ll be directed to your main website!
