Comp Reasons

Comp Reasons allow staff to quickly and consistently apply a reason when comping a pass. Whether it’s for customer retention, staff courtesy, or a special promotion, these predefined reasons help standardize your business’s comp process. Admins can create and manage Comp Reasons to ensure staff selects the appropriate option when issuing a comped pass.

Setting Up Custom Comp Reasons

Begin by visiting your Union Settings, in the upper right corner and use the left navigation pannel to select Comp Reasons. You can then click, + Add Reason, to begin adding.


As you add your reasons, click the Green checkmark to save.


Applying Comp Reasons in the Register

When you're in the register, click the pass you'd like to Comp. Your Reasons will appear as a drop-down for you and your team to quickly add to the order.


The order will have the Comp Reason listed in the order.
